♣ More about the interview(:
HELLEWS
Since I have nothing much to do during the weekend,
I've decided to do some research about my future career
(yes, I'm very excited about it)
From what I found out,
-Minimum arm reach of 212cm on tip toes
-You must be fluent in English
-Must be able to swim at least 25 m
But some also said that now you are not really required to do that During the selection rounds
-Good CV & Application profile
`Yeah make it sweet and simple(:
Now, the interesting part:
Interview Proceedure(If u manage to get in): 1.Introduction in a group interview - You'll be put into group & you need to introduce yourself to other girls.(Normally only less than 10% ppl get in this round or none.)
2. One on One interview - they want to know more about your life and your family etc.
3. Psychotest and English Test - If your English is very good, no worry then.
4. Panel Interview - There will be 3 people asking you several question, they want to know your seriousness, your life, your family, your education and everything. They'll even pop out hard Question for u to answer. Eg.If there is an elderly & a kid,who would u serve first & why??
5.The Kebaya Test - They want to see whether you have any scar , birth mark, mark and stuff that shown after you put the kebaya on. Specially on your face & hand.
*pls - people always think only those very slim/most beautiful girls get in BUT u are wrong!
if u are too slim & look straight with the kebaya on u, u'll be OUT.Some big size girls do get in because they have proportional figure hence for those with broad shoulder & curvy hips is a plus!
6.Lastly, Tea party - You will put in a group and just interact with each other ! Show them you are the type that really can work in a team which is what they are looking for!
Others:
If u are selected,there will be a 4 months training(pay - abt 1k plus?)
after training,bond with a contract of 18months first,with monthly pay of 3.5k
you may think it is a lot but consider the long hour flight(for some) and things u need to do...serve...handle...stand...wash toilet....look after babies....clean....etc the pay is actually fair.and if you travel to USA,Japan (those countries with strong currency

don't tell me you would not spent(at least on food till the date u left that country.because SIA only sponsor ur hotel accommodations & hotel breakfast only.(if the rules has nt change.))

And also,The do look at your face and considerSmooth skin is like a must`So any one of you people out there who wanna make it Please take care of your faceAnd they will also check for any visible scars, or birthmarks
A good personality is also important!
Do smile at all times(:
And you must also have some quick thinking!
As they will tell you stuff like:
“Within a minute, please tell us a little about yourself and what you expect from a career as a cabin crew.”
